Privacy policy
Short version: the program and the app are free, there are no ads and no tracking. The app keeps your training on your phone. Only if you choose to join the leaderboard, the live counter or the Hall of Fame do a few numbers leave your phone, and you can stop that anytime.
Who is responsible
Fifth Digital Solution GmbH, address above, letsgo@beyond300.com. Write to this address for any question about your data.
This website
The website and the app are hosted by Cloudflare. Like every web host, Cloudflare briefly processes technical data so the pages can be delivered: your IP address, the time, the page and your browser. We don't use cookies, analytics or ad trackers. Fonts and videos are served from our own site.
Getting the free program
To get the PDF program and the app link you enter your e-mail at Gumroad. We use it to send you the program and, now and then, news about the challenge. Every e-mail has an unsubscribe link. Gumroad processes the data on our behalf under its own privacy policy.
The app
- Your training stays on your phone. Your level, plan, logged sets, tests and name are stored only in your browser on your device. We can't see them. If you delete the app data, they are gone (use “Back up” in the settings to keep a copy).
- Camera counting runs on your phone. The camera image is analysed on your device and is never sent anywhere or recorded. To do that, the app downloads a body-tracking model once from Google (storage.googleapis.com) and jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net). Like any download, those providers see your IP address.
- Share cards, videos, badges and the certificate are made on your phone. Nothing is uploaded unless you post them yourself.
Leaderboard, live counter, crews, duels and Hall of Fame (only if you join)
These are off until you switch them on in the app:
- THE PACK leaderboard: your nickname, your Instagram handle if you add it, your total reps per day for each challenge, whether a set was counted by the camera, and your current streak. Nickname, Instagram and numbers are shown publicly on the leaderboard in the app and on this website.
- Live counter (anonymous): only your daily totals and a random app ID, no name. They are added to the public total on this website.
- Crew: the name you pick for the crew, and for that challenge your daily reps and daily target. Only the people in your crew see them (up to 10, they join with your crew code).
- Duel: the name you pick for the duel, and for that challenge your daily reps and daily target during the 7 days. Only you and your opponent see them.
- Hall of Fame: when you send yourself in from the certificate: nickname, Instagram, the challenge, your number of days, your total and your start and day-100 dates. We check every entry before it goes public.
Reps you share only with a crew or a duel are not added to the public counter. The app identifies you only by a random ID it creates itself, not by your e-mail or phone. This data is stored with Supabase in the EU (Supabase, Frankfurt or Zurich). The legal basis is your consent. You can leave the leaderboard or stop counting anytime in the app (Pack tab → Edit), leave a crew, and we delete everything on request by e-mail.
Reminders (only if you turn them on)
Notifications: your phone gives the app a push address from Apple, Google or Mozilla. We store that address with your reminder times, your time zone, your language and today's numbers (target, reps done, day of the plan), so the reminder can say how many are left and stay quiet once you're done. Our server sends them through that push service. Turn them off in the app (Settings → Reminders) and the address is deleted. A push address that stops working is deleted automatically.
Calendar: "Add to my calendar" makes a file on your phone. Nothing is sent to us.
Lock PRO
Lock PRO payments are not live yet. When they are, a payment provider will handle them and this section will name it.
If you tag us or send us a message on Instagram, Meta processes that under its own terms. We may repost what you tag us in. Tell us if you'd rather we didn't, and we'll take it down.
Who else sees data
Only the providers named above, as our processors: Cloudflare (website, app and forwarding e-mails to our address), Gumroad (e-mail), Supabase (leaderboard, counter, crews, duels, Hall of Fame, reminders), Apple / Google / Mozilla (delivering notifications). Some of them are based in the USA; for those transfers we rely on the safeguards they offer, such as standard contractual clauses or the Data Privacy Framework. We never sell data.
How long we keep it
Your e-mail until you unsubscribe. Leaderboard, counter, crew and duel data until you leave or ask us to delete it. Reminder data until you turn reminders off. Technical server logs only for a short time.
Your rights
You can ask what we store about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use and withdraw your consent anytime, by e-mail to letsgo@beyond300.com. You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or to the data protection authority in your EU country.
Age
The leaderboard, crews, duels and the Hall of Fame are for people aged 16 and over. If you are younger, ask a parent before you join.
Health disclaimer
The 300 A DAY programs are for educational purposes and do not replace medical advice. Before you start any exercise program, especially if you have health problems, an injury or haven't trained in a long time, talk to your doctor. Stop and see a doctor if you feel sharp pain. You train at your own risk. Results vary from person to person. Rep counts on the leaderboard are logged by the athletes themselves.
